We are a local, caring, professional, dog walking business, located in Romford and Loughton Essex. We cover Abridge, Theydon Bois, Loughton, Debden, Buckhurst Hill, Chigwell, Chingford, Highams Park and Harlow.

The Dog Whisperer Walking Service offers pet care services to your home, from small pets to large pets. We offer Dog walking, Pop in's, feeding, and active doggy daycare for dogs and other services such as pet feeding and pet sitting and Pop in's for cats and small animals too.

We are very flexible and can arrange anything to suit your requirements - just ask.

We are fully insured and all staff have a DBS check, have trained in dog behaviour and Basic training and have done dog first aid and CPR.

We run Pack walks at 9.30am and 11.30am Monday to Fridays at local nature reserve's or forests around Essex. Pack walks are suitable for owners who have friendly dogs or new puppies that they wish to make more sociable with other dogs, we have found that dogs that socialise with other dogs on a regular basis are more Happy and content.

We also run Solo walks for dogs that are reactive and don't get on well with other dogs, we offer pavement walking, nature reserve or forests.

Terms & Conditions

Owner is responsible and will ensure that their dog is up-to-date with their vaccinations, flea and tick treatments and de-wormer treatments.

Owner accepts full liability for any loss or damage caused by their dog whilst being walked. Owner is financially responsible for any loss or damage to property whilst your dog is boarding. The Dog Walker is not held accountable for vet fees or third party claims whilst your dog is in our care.

Owner is to make full disclosure of any quality or characteristic problems which might make your dog not suitable for walking or home boarding; including behavioral or health problems, antisocial behavior; including aggression, incontinence or lack of house training and excessive loud barking or whining. Failure on the part of the owner to disclose any matter which might render owner’s dog unsuitable for walking or home boarding will be deemed a material omission amounting to a fundamental breach of our agreement. 

We make every effort to contact the owner in the event of an emergency. We recommend owners provide us with a contact number of a trusted third party should we be unable to make contact. However, we reserve the right to make decisions regarding your dog’s health provided it is at all times acting in the best interests of the dog and on the advice of a veterinary surgeon. Owner is responsible for payment of any veterinary fees incurred by The Dog Walker.

Late Payment Of Commercial Debts Act 1988 amended 1998 & 2002, we would like to remind customers that payments are due at the end of each working week. We as a company reserve the right to impose a weekly £5 late payment fee if a payment is more than seven days overdue, then £5 charged on a weekly basis thereafter until payment is received in full.

If Payment is still not received your Account will be passed over to a Debt Recovery an extra fee of £300 will be added onto your invoice for their assistance and will be entirely recoverable from you the client.
